Total volume of water in tank A = 91 x 40 x 20.5 = 74620 cm cubes

Since both tanks' height is the same,
Height of Tank A = Volume A / (91 x 40) = Volume A / 3640
Height of Tank B = Volume B / (40 x 39) = Volume B / 1560

Therefore,
Volume A / 3640 = Volume B / 1560

Volume B 1560
------------------ = -------------------
Volume A + B 1560 + 3640

where Volume A + B = 74620 (Total volume of water in tank A)

1560
Volume B = ----------------- x 74620 = 22386cm cube
1560 +3640
