Hi Strawberry,
Following pls find the worked solution:
Given 4 Adults, each Adult is weighed 3 times with another different Adult. Thus, giving the 6 readings.
Let the adults be A, B, C and D.
3A + 3B + 3C + 3D = Sum of all 6 readings
= 103.5 + 111 + 112.5 + 117 + 118 + 122
= 684 kg
A + B + C + D = 684 ÷ 3 = 228 ( Total weight of all 4 Adults )
Average weight of 4 Adults = 228 ÷ 4 = 57 kg
