Hey Sudhar,

Following pls find solution for your Q2:

Q2.

*** - Buffer space for alignment purpose
P: Starting Point
S(M) = [S(K) + 2] km/h
Time taken for M, K to reach respective positions from P is 4 hrs.
Distance apart (MK) = 32 km

******** M<---|------------------>K
************* R ** 32 km

Given the additional speed of M (2 km/h), it means M travelled a further 8 km than K in the same 4 hr duration from P.

Additional dist travelled by M (RM) = 2 x 4 = 8 km
Remaining dist apart (RK) = 32 - 8 = 24 km
RK is also the distance travelled equally by M,K in the same 4 hour duration.

PR = PK = 24 ÷ 2 = 12 km
So K travelled 12 km (from P) in 4 hours.
S(K) = 12 ÷ 4 = 3 km/h
