1) A florist had twice as many stalks of lilies as stalks of roses. She then bought an equal number of lilies and roses. She then bought an equal number of lilies and roses and had a total of 244 stalks of flowers. If she had 56 more stalks of lilies than roses, how many stalks of lilies did she buy?
(1) 38 (2) 66
(3) 76 (4) 94

2) Jamil had 190 stamps and Kumar had 382 stamps. Both of them gave an equal number of stamps to Sam. As a result, Kumar had 4 times as many stamps left as Jamil. How many stamps did Sam receive?
