Hi everybody! I'm stuck with this maths question. May you help me? Please show your working clearly.

Qn1. The length of three pieces of ropes is in the ratio 4 : 7 : 3. What is the difference in length between the shortest and the longest rope if the total length of the three ropes is 91 m?

My answer is 26 m. But the answer sheet stated that the correct answer was 28 m. Can someone tell me the correct answer?

hey Shirley,

Yup your answer is definitely correct. Have more confidence and trust yourself with your answers. There are occasions where answers provided in the Answerkey are incorrect.
