Hey geniuskids,

You have not shown your method or working; hence I am not able to comment.

Following pls find my worked solution:

Angle USR = 12 + 25 = 37° {Exterior angle = Sum of Interior Opposite angles}

Hence, Triangle RSU is isosceles. {UR = RS}
So is Triangle RUQ. {UR = RQ}

Angle URQ = 37 + 37 = 74° {Exterior angle = Sum of Interior Opposite angles}

Hence,
Angle UQR = (180 - 74) ÷ 2 = 53°
