Following is my worked solution:
Let perpendicular height of triangle OPS be h cm
Area of triangle OPS
= (1/2) × 12u × h
= 6u × h
Given that area of triangle OPS is 60 cm2, we have ...
6u × h = 60
h = 60 ÷ 6u = (10/u)
Area of triangle ORS
= (1/2) × 5u × (10/u)
= 25 cm2

Many thanks for the solution.
I have noted that in the Power Revision 3, Question 28 is asking for the smallest perimeter but in the answer key, its given as C. and in Question 26, which is the triangle question, the answer is 12cm2 but your answer and mine is 25cm2.
