1 year = 365 days. Divided by 7 (7 days a week), you get a remainder of 1. That also means that the following year on 1st Jan, always fall on 1 day after the current year. The only exception is the LEAP year, where 1 year = 366 days (Feb 29). Therefore, for every leap year (4 years), add 2 days to the current day of the year will then be the day for the next year. Following this concept, you will be able to get the answer.

Just to add a note:
If a year cannot be divided by 400 exactly it is not a leap year.
example: 1700 / 400 = 4.25, so it is not a leap year; though 1700 / 4 = 425 exactly.
