Following is my worked solution:

Kindly refer to question in attachment ( if this is not clear).

*** - for alignment purpose

pattern******* 1 * 2 * 3 * 4 * 5 * 6 * 7 * 8 * 9 * 10
no.of cubes** 1 * 3 * 6 * 10 (a)
total sticks** 12* 28* 49* 75* (b)

no.of cubes in each pattern = sum of consecutive numbers of the pattern number (from 1).
e.g. pattern 3 = 1 + 2 + 3 = 6

(a)
pattern 5 = 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 = (5 × 6) ÷ 2 = 15

(b)
total sticks (in pattern 5)
total sticks 12* 28* 49* 75* 106
diff ******** 16* 21* 26* 31* {diff always increased by 5 for each pattern number, and add on to preceding total sticks}

75 + 31 = 106

(c)
pattern 10:
total sticks = 106 + 36 + 41 + 46 + 51 + 56 = 336
