In my experience I have found using Fabian Ng's PSLE Drill for the lower ability students very useful. For others Simon Eio's Step-by-Step assessment book is very good. These are for P6 Maths.

For Science I would suggest magazines such as Young Scientist, Science Spy and also the Wild Life provides a wonderful reading and knowledge. For Maths I know of a magazine named Maths Oasis. These are for the primary levels.
