Pls help with the below question :

A garden is formed by a rectangle and an equilateral triangle. The length of the rectangle is 15cm. If the area of the rectangular part of the garden is 116 1/4cm2, find the perimeter of the garden.

I derive the answer as 53.25cm but the answer given is 49.75cm.

Can someone pls confirm?
Thanks!
