Hi experts,
Please help me with below question:
The vol of water in Bottle A is thrice that in Bottle B.
After 35.35liter of water was poured out of Bottle A and
10.19liters of water was added to Bottle B, there was
an equal volume of water in both bottles.
Find the volume of water in Bottle A at first.

At first,
Bottle A : 3 units
Bottle B: 1 unit
Total 4 units
Now,
Bottle A : 1 unit + 35.35
Bottle B : 1 unit + 10.19
2 units = 35.35+10.19 = 45.54 litres
1 unit = 45.54 / 2 = 22.77 litres
Bottle A had 3 units x 22.77 litres = 68.31 litres at first.
Not sure if my analysis logical?

Yes. The answer is correct. Thanks.
I got to learn another method; like the Algebra method:
3 units  35.35liters = 1 unit + 10.19 liters
And it will work out the same answer.
