Test-paper.info (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an educational technology platform serving Singapore Primary students (Primary 4 to Primary 6), their parents, and educators. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users, especially children.
We collect the following personal data:
• Students: Username, birth month and year (for grade-level placement), practice session data, mastery progress, and points earned.
• Parents/Tutors: Name, email address, and linked student accounts.
• All users: Device type, app usage patterns (anonymised), and error logs.
We do NOT collect: Full date of birth, NRIC/FIN, home address, school name (unless provided via a school partnership), photographs, or location data.
Your data is used to:
• Personalise practice sessions using adaptive difficulty.
• Track mastery progress and generate weekly learning reports for parents.
• Maintain streak counts and learning progress.
• Improve the platform through anonymised usage analytics.
• Communicate account-related information (e.g., password resets, weekly reports).
In accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and PDPC Advisory Guidelines on the collection, use, and disclosure of children’s personal data:
• Students under 13 years of age require parental consent before creating an account. A parent or guardian must create a parent account first and then create or link the child’s student account.
• Students aged 13 and above may create their own accounts, but we encourage parental involvement.
• We collect only the minimum data necessary for the educational service to function.
• Children’s data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Parents can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child’s data at any time by contacting us.
• All data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit.
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
• We retain learning data for as long as the account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised learning analytics may be retained.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:
• School/centre administrators, if the student’s account is part of a school partnership (limited to that school’s students only).
• Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., hosting, email delivery), under strict data processing agreements.
• Law enforcement, if required by Singapore law.
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
• Access your personal data held by us.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Withdraw consent for data collection (this may affect service availability).
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.

By creating an account, you agree to use the platform for its intended educational purpose. You must not:
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to access other users’ data.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than learning and education management.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
